The church is a splendid example of Decorated architecture. It has a rare stone screen carved by 14th Century masons. Other medieval stone work includes the sedilia and three piscinas. An unusual survival is the wall-fitting for the Lenten Veil. The timbered roofs are medieval and the font is five hundred years old.
